Australian Coastal

Light, bright and breezy; Australian Coastal style is about simplicity and our down to earth, relaxed approach. Dusty blues, pastel sea greens, milky whites, greys and sandy creams being the prominent colours and stripes the pattern of choice. Splashes of colour can be introduced in accessories such as surf boards, cushions or planters for those who want to take it to the next level. For an Australian take on coastal we like to reflect our Australian coastal landscape and bush by introducing natural organic textures and materials such as sisal, bamboo, and hardwoods and mix these with soft muted textile prints and fabrics such as seagrass wall paper, sisal carpet and polished or white washed floorboards. Collected treasures from the beach such as coral, shells and driftwood become feature accessories complimented by Australian native greenery.
