A great service for those that live a busy lifestyle or those located anywhere within Australia. We work with you virtually to fulfil your design requirements delivering a beautifully compiled digital package that includes everything you’ll need to complete your project.
Take advantage of our product knowledge and design expertise from the comfort of your home, as we work with you to source those perfect pieces. Whether you would simply like help selecting cushions for your favourite couch, need help re-designing an existing space or would like to utilise or end to end interior decoration service we tailor to your needs.
You receive a beautifully compiled digital package that includes everything you’ll need to complete your project. Then it’s over to you, equipped with your concept, design direction and digital shopping list, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running at your own pace.

How does the virtual design process work?
1. Initial Brief
We give you a quick call to discuss your project requirements. During this time we are able to learn everything to do with your project; scope, aesthetic, budget, timeframe, things you love and things you don’t, how the space is utilised, colours etc. We find out about your style, aspirations, lifestyle, taste and what’s important to you.
We may also ask you to fill in our furniture check list to ensure we have an accurate indication of the items you would like sourced. We also collect the following from you: Pictures of your space, inspiration images, space layouts, floor plans, and measurements. This information is key and is the foundation for the growth of the project. If you need help with refining your style, check out our design styles page for some inspiration.
We can also chat via video conference to walk through the space and discuss your requirements.
2. The Proposal
Now that we have all the required information we present a proposal for review. This includes our broken down design fees, timeline and estimated flow of the project.
3. The Fun Begins
On approval of our proposal we begin working on design concepts. Once this has been completed we present these concept boards, colour design documents and floor plans if required to you for discussion. These usually consist of 1-2 concepts for each space.
4. Revisions
Each concept receives 2 rounds of revisions so that we can ensure you are completely happy with the final product.
5. Execution
Once signed off, it’s over to you. We provide you with your final design concept boards, design direction, colour design documents, digital shopping list and floor plans if required, so that you’ll be ready to place orders, coordinate delivery and install furniture all at your own pace or in stages if you prefer.
